The Journey

My name is Jasmine and I am the founder of J’s Anatomy. I graduated as a Sports Rehabilitator in 2019, driven by a deep passion for recovery, performance, and injury prevention. Over the years, I have built my expertise in MSK therapy, working in a private injury clinic in Manchester for the last 2 years, treating both sporting injuries and MSK conditions.

My journey has taken me beyond the United Kingdom, as I spent a year abroad Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady. I provided an array of massage techniques for clients, and sports therapy for the entertainment crew, including high level dancers and circus performers. It was a great pleasure to meet Richard Branson and massage his son, daughter and tennis coach!

I have recently come back from voluntary work with WYLD Therapy and Ultra X, travelling to Tanzania to support ultramarathon runners through intensive recovery care.

At J’s Anatomy, I wanted to do something different, bridging the gap between therapy and proactive recovery. As both an MSK specialist and recovery specialist, I live by my ethos: Repair. Retrain. Maintain. My goal is to make high-quality recovery accessible, ensuring that athletes, fitness enthusiasts and active individuals can perform at their best, recover faster, and stay injury-free by bringing treatment directly to you – wherever you need it.
