Deposit

1. Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your appointment. The remaining balance for your appointment is due at the time of service.

2. Payment Methods: Deposits can be paid via credit card, debit card, digital wallets and bank transfer.

3. Prepaid Packages: For clients who purchase prepaid packages, the deposit policy applies to each individual session within the package. Deposits for prepaid packages follow the same cancellation and rescheduling rules.

4. Deposit Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via email of your booking, after the deposit has been paid. The details of your appointment and our cancellation policy will be included in the email.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% (the deposit) of the appointment cost.

3. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment booked. Prepaid appointments may be applied to future services.

4. Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion (individual basis only).

5. Repeat Cancellations: Clients who cancel more than three times in a six-month period may be required to prepay for future appointments.

6. Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Prepaid appointments will be refunded subject to the cancellation notice.
